Delete your account

Applies to Bible Studio AI accounts on the web and in the Android/iOS apps.

Short version. You can permanently delete your account yourself, inside the app, in under a minute. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Sign in and open Profile from the sidebar.
Scroll to Data & privacy.
(Optional) Choose Download my data first — deletion cannot be reversed.
Choose Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account record, email address, and sign-in credentials.
Highlights, notes, notebooks, saved passages, and verse memory progress.
Reading-plan progress, assessments, sermons, and community posts and messages.
Personal Study uploads (your private documents).
Any active subscription is cancelled with our payment provider; we keep no card details ourselves.

Groups you own pass to their longest-standing member so communities survive; groups where you were the only member are removed with their message history.

What is retained

Short-lived operational logs rotate out under our standard retention schedule, and payment records required for accounting are kept by our payment provider under their legal obligations. Neither can be used to reconstruct your account. See the privacy policy for details.

Can't sign in?

Email info@mindfulgaminguk.org from the address on the account and we will verify ownership and delete it for you (target: within 30 days, usually much sooner).
